About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About customs regulation"

Article 1. "About customs regulation" (further – the Law) after words of "customs representatives" to add part 1 of article 32 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of ZR-241 of December 17, 2014 with words ", and also other persons identified by part 2 of article 157 of this Law".

Article 2. To add part 1 of article 98 of the Law with Item 6 of the following content:

"6) the goods transported on border of the Republic of Armenia from one carrier to one receiver according to one transport document in the amount of the amount which is not exceeding in total customs value the amount, equivalent 200 euros.".

Article 3. To recognize part 3 of article 157 of the Law invalid.

Article 4. To add part 8 of article 158 of the Law with the new paragraph of the following edition:

"The procedure for entrance to automatic system of customs declaring of persons which do not have qualification on implementation of the customs declaration electronically and customs clearance, establishes the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 5. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
