About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About nature protection payments and payments for environmental management"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia ZR-270 of December 28, 1998 "About nature protection payments and payments for environmental management" (further – the Law):

The first paragraph after the words "calculations reports" to add 1) with the words "in paper form";

The second paragraph after words of "paper form" to add 2) with words of "calculations reports";

To add 3) with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Quarter calculations reports can be provided by payers to the relevant authorized and tax authorities also electronically to the 20th day of the next month after the termination of quarter. The procedure for representation of calculations reports electronically establishes the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 2. Regarding 3rd article 11.1 of the Law:

1) the first offer after the words "calculations reports" to add with the words "in paper form";

2) the first offer after words of "calculations reports" to add with words of "paper form";

To add 3) with the new paragraph of the following content:

"The specified calculations reports can be provided by payers to the relevant authorized and tax authorities also electronically in the procedure established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 3. In article 13.7 of the Law:

Part 1 after words of "calculations reports of royalty" to add 1) with the words "only in paper form";

Part 3 after the words "copies" and "data" to add 2) with the words "only in paper form".
