About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the income tax"

Article 1. ZR-246 of December 22, 2010 "About the income tax" to add the law of the Republic of Armenia with Article 8.2 of the following content:

"Article 8.2. Return from paid amounts of the income tax of the amount of percent for servicing of the mortgage loan obtained by the paid employee, the individual entrepreneur and the notary for acquisition of the apartment or construction of the private apartment house

1. The income tax paid in the procedure established by this Law (including, paid by means of the tax agent) returns in the amount of the amount of percent for servicing received at resident of the Republic of Armenia of the financial organization after November 1, 2014 and directed to the actual acquisition of the apartment or construction of the private apartment house of mortgage loan by the paid employee, the individual entrepreneur and the notary, for the purpose of acquisition is direct at the builder of the apartment in the constructed or apartment residential building which is under construction in the territory of the Republic of Armenia, and also acquisition of the apartment at the state and (or) municipality within program implementation on housing providing or constructions of the private apartment house in the territory of the Republic of Armenia, but no more, than:

1) the income tax amount calculated from the salary paid to the paid employee during the respective quarter, and the payments balanced by it;

2) the income tax amount calculated by the individual entrepreneur or the notary within the corresponding accounting year.

2. The amounts provided by part of 1 this Article:

1) are subject to return to paid employees in quarter, and to individual entrepreneurs or notaries – annual frequency;
