1. Approve Rules of carrying out the preliminary transactions and procedures connected with movement of goods and vehicles (further - Rules).

2. To chiefs of Departments of customs control and customs to ensure functioning of all divisions according to these rules.

3. (Beyspekova O. K.) to provide to the head of department of the organization of customs control of the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan control of implementation of preliminary transactions, according to these rules.

4. I impose control of execution of this order on the Vice-chairman of the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Abdishev B. T.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
