About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About taxes"

Article 1. ZR-107 of April 14, 1997 "About taxes" to add the sixth paragraph of article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with the subitem "g" of the following content:
"d) transfer to person having the license for distribution of the electrical energy, electrical energy made by physical persons - the autonomous producers of energy using renewable energy resources for ensuring own needs including, compensations received for it if the installed capacity of own stations making electrical energy does not exceed general capacity of the located consumers of electrical energy, but no more, than 150 kilowatts.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
