About modification of the Regulations on cooperation with educational institutions of rather professional training of appraisers on expert money value of the parcels of land

According to article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About assessment of lands" and to the paragraph of the subitem 2 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 30, 2014 No. 197, I order the thirty second:

1. Bring in the Regulations on cooperation with educational institutions of rather professional training of appraisers on expert money value of the parcels of land approved by the order of the State agency of land resources of Ukraine of August 10, 2007 No. 119, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 16, 2007 for No. 1179/14446, the following changes:

1) in Chapter 2:

state Item 2.2 in the following edition:

"2.2. During professional training of appraisers on expert money value of the parcels of land educational institutions use training programs of basic preparation and advanced training which general requirements to content are approved by Gosgeokadastr.";

in Item 2.6 to replace the word "Goszemagentstvom" with the word Ministry of Regional Development;

2) in appendix 2 to the Provision:

words and figures "the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 4, 2007 No. 614" shall be replaced with words also in figures "the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 14, 2015 No. 15";

replace the words "State Treasuries of Ukraine" with the word of "Treasury";
