About modification of the Procedure for determination of regulatory base of assets of subjects of natural monopolies in the field of power industry

According to article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About natural monopolies", to Regulations on the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power and utilities, to No. approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of September 10, 2014 715, to Item 262 of the Actions plan on accomplishment of the Program of activities of the Cabinet of Ministers Ukraine and Sustainability strategies "Ukraine - 2020" in 2015, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the order of March 04, 2015 No. 213-r, the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power and utilities decides:

1. Make to the section II of the Procedure for the determination of regulatory base of assets of subjects of natural monopolies in the field of power industry approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power, of July 11, 2013 No. 899, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 19, 2013 for No. 1221/23753 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in formula (Item 2.2 of figure "160" to replace 1) with figures "120";

2) in paragraph one and in formula (Item 2.8 of figure "40" to replace 2) with figures "30".

2. On regulation of the relations in the field of power to provide to department submission of this resolution on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
