Some questions of collection of the cash belonging to the taxpayer on account of repayment of its tax debt

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that till July 1, 2015 collection of the cash belonging to the taxpayer on account of repayment of its tax debt in cases, stipulated in Item 32 subsections 10 of the Section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine, is performed according to Procedure for collection of the cash belonging to the taxpayer, on account of repayment of its tax debt, the approved resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2010 No. 1244 "Some questions of implementation of article 95 of the Tax Code of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 1, Art. 29; 2012, No. 77, the Art. 3126), taking into account the established specified Item of requirements and the following features:

the decision of monitoring body on collection of the cash liquidity belonging to the taxpayer is accepted in form according to appendix 1;

by results of cash withdrawal the statement in form according to appendix 2 is drawn up.

2. In the text of the Procedure for collection of the cash belonging to the taxpayer on account of repayment of its tax debt, the Procedure for change of starting price of sale of property of the taxpayer who is in tax pledge on account of repayment of its tax debt and promulgation of information on time and the conditions of carrying out the corresponding biddings, the Procedure for compensation for expenses connected with the organization and tendering selling property of the taxpayer who is in tax pledge and payment of banking services for money transfer in the relevant budget and the appendices to them approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2010 No. 1244, of the word "body of the State Tax Service" in all cases and forms of number shall be replaced with words "monitoring body" in the corresponding case and number.
