Changes which are made to Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. The paragraph one of Item 5 §33 and Item 1 §44 after words of "personnel problems" to add with the words "and on change of person authorized on signing of the international treaty of Ukraine".

2. §50 after words of "personnel problems" to add the subitem 4 of Item 1 with words ", and also on change of person authorized on signing of the international treaty of Ukraine".

3. §55-1 to add Item 2 with the paragraph of the following content:

"If the draft of the act provides the change of person authorized on signing of the international treaty of Ukraine, the Minister of Foreign Affairs or person replacing it, having the right to express at cabinet meeting the line item concerning such draft of the act.".
