About additional measures for enhancement of mechanisms of rendering the state services to subjects of entrepreneurship
In recent years in Uzbekistan favorable conditions on ensuring reliable protection of private property, the accelerated development of small business and private entrepreneurship are created.
Complex organization-legal measures for cardinal improvement of quality and availability of provision of the state services to entrepreneurial structures are taken.
The single centers for rendering the state services to subjects of entrepreneurship for the principle "one window" created in areas and the cities (further - centers "one window") carry out considerable work on ensuring transparency of passing of registration, allowing and licensed procedures with broad implementation of modern information and communication technologies.
At the same time the analysis of the carried-out work in this sphere confirms need of further enhancement of mechanisms of rendering the state services to subjects of entrepreneurship, establishment of chain of command by the centers "one window", determinations of system approach to the organization and coordination of activities, and also their interaction with other government institutions.
For the purpose of further improvement of quality, availability and transparency of rendering the state services to subjects of entrepreneurship, strengthening of guarantees of protection of their rights and legitimate interests, and also ensuring efficiency of direct dialogue with the people on places:
1. Determine that state registration of all subjects of entrepreneurship, except for banks and credit bureaus, their branches and representations, is performed by the Centers of the state services.
