About modification of the Instruction for application of economic classification of expenses of the budget

According to Article 8 of the Budget code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine of April 9, 2015 to No. 328-VIII "About modification of the Budget code of Ukraine concerning implementation of new investment opportunities, providing the rights and legitimate interests of subjects of business activity for carrying out large-scale power upgrade" and to the Provision about the Ministries of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I order:

1. Bring in the Instruction for application of economic classification of expenses of the budget approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of March 12, 2012 No. 333, No. 456/20769 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 27, 2012 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 21, 2012 No. 754), the following changes:

in subitem 2.2.7 of Item 2.2 of Chapter 2:

add paragraph two with the words "and power service payment";

add with the new subitem of the following content:

"2.2.7.6. Code 2276 "Power service payment"

Payment of power service within the expense reduction amount on payment of utilities and energy carriers (in comparison with expenses which would be performed in the absence of power service).";

to exclude subitem 12 of subitem 2.2.8.2 of subitem 2.2.8 of Item 2.2 of Chapter 2 and subitem 4 of subitem 3.2.1 of Item 3.2 of Chapter 3.
