2. To department of water transport (Uandykov B. K.) provide this order to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for state registration.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan Abylgazin T. B.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.
