About approval of Rules of provision of bank loans by National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of provision of bank loans of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. This resolution becomes effective after fourteen days from the date of its acceptance.
3. From the date of enforcement of this resolution to declare invalid the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 15, 1999 No. 404 "About approval of Rules of provision of bank loans of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acceptance on them of providing and maintaining the corresponding documentation".
4. To department of monetary transactions (Gerasimenko Yu. V.) in ten-day time from the date of adoption of this resolution to bring it to the attention of the interested divisions of central office, territorial branches of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations, "Kazakhstan Fund of Guaranteeing Deposits" Joint-stock company.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan Elemesov A. R.
