About modification of the Procedure for access to the State register of the rights to real estate

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Procedure for access to the State register of the rights to real estate approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 2015 No. 1127 "About state registration of the rights to real estate and their encumbrances" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 2, the Art. 108, No. 91, the Art. 2973), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for access to the State register of the rights to real estate

1. The paragraph one of Item 1 after words of "local self-government" to add with the words "or other persons determined by the law".

2. In Item 2:

in paragraph one "sixth" to replace the word with the word "seventh";

the fifth after the word "lawyer" to add the paragraph with words ", the private contractor";

add Item after the paragraph of the fifth with the new paragraph of the following content:

"In case user is the member of Public council of virtue, - with such user.".

With respect thereto to consider the paragraph of the sixth the paragraph the seventh.

3. Add Item 5 with the paragraph of the following content:

"If user is the member of Public council of virtue, the written message technical to the administrator of the State register of the rights about need of cancellation of identifiers of access to the State register of the rights of the user which suspended the membership in the specified Council, directs the secretariat of the Highest qualification commission of judges of Ukraine.".
