1. This Law establishes concept, use purpose, procedure for forming and provision of registration plate of public services.
1. The registration plate of public services is the ten-digit digital combination provided to the citizen of the Republic of Armenia, the foreign citizen having the right to residence in the Republic of Armenia, to the person without citizenship who is constantly living in the Republic of Armenia, to the refugee (further - the citizen) which is created based on personal data - the floor, day, month and year of birth brought in the state register of the population in the procedure established by the law and also includes auxiliary sequence three-digit number and one specifying sign.
2. The registration plate of public services is unique and cannot change in case of change of data, the stipulated in Article 4 presents of the Law.

The registration plate of public services is enshrined in the ID card of the citizen of the Republic of Armenia, in the residence permit in the Republic of Armenia of the foreign citizen, in identity documents of the person without citizenship who is constantly living in the Republic of Armenia, the refugee.

The registration plate of public services is enshrined also in the certificate of birth granted in the Republic of Armenia based on state registration of the birth of the child born at person identified by part 1 of article 2 of this Law and in the certificate of state registration of the birth.
