About modification of the list of data of confidential nature approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of March 6, 1997 No. 188

1. Bring in the list of data of confidential nature approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of March 6, 1997 No. 188 "About approval of the list of data of confidential nature" (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 10, Art. 1127; 2005, No. 39, Art. 3925), following changes:

a) state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. The data which are the secrecy of the investigation and legal proceedings, the information about persons concerning which according to the Federal Laws of April 20, 1995 No. 45-FZ "About the state protection of judges, officials of law enforcement and monitoring bodies" and of August 20, 2004 No. 119-FZ "About the state protection of the victims, witnesses and other participants of criminal trial", other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation makes the decision on application of measures of the state protection, and also data on measures of the state protection of specified persons if such data are not carried by the legislation of the Russian Federation to the data which are the state secret.";

b) add with Item 7 of the following content:

"7. The data containing in personal records of convicts, and also data on forced execution of court resolutions, acts of other bodies and officials except data which are public according to the Federal Law of October 2, 2007 No. 229-FZ "About enforcement proceeding".".

2. To the government of the Russian Federation to bring the acts into accord with this Decree.

3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
