The procedure for establishment and functioning of check points through Frontier of the Russian Federation is determined according to the legislation on Frontier of the Russian Federation. Requirements to arrangement of sections of highways on entrances to check points through Frontier of the Russian Federation are established by the Government of the Russian Federation.".
