1. Implementation of purchase and sale of currency without the corresponding license which was made in the form of currency exchange on two hundred thousand dram:
attracts imposing of penalty, from six hundred multiple to eight hundred multiple sizes of minimum wage, or arrest for a period of two up to three months.
2. The same act made by group of persons in prior consent or organized group:
attracts imposing of penalty, from eight hundred multiple to the thousandfold size of minimum wage, or deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities for the maximum term five years, or imprisonment, for the maximum term three years.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
