About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Audit Chamber of the Russian Federation" and article 28.3 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of April 5, 2013 No. 41-FZ "About Audit Chamber of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 14, Art. 1649; No. 30, Art. 4084; 2014, No. 11, Art. 1094; No. 45, Art. 6151; 2015, No. 44, Art. 6046; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4169) following changes:

1) in Article 9:

a) to state Item 1 of part 10 in the following edition:

"1) violations of the legislation of the Russian Federation by it, making of abuses on service or systematic non-execution or improper execution of the service (official) duties entering its competence if the majority from total number according to members of the Federation Council or deputies of the State Duma votes for such decision;";

b) add with part of 10.1 following contents:

"10.1. In case of identification of the bases for early release from position of the auditor of Audit Chamber the Chairman of Audit Chamber informs on it the President of the Russian Federation.";

2) regarding 1 Article 13:

a) add Item 5 with the words "and budgets of state non-budgetary funds of the Russian Federation";

b) to add Item 6 after words of "federal budget" with the words "and budgets of state non-budgetary funds of the Russian Federation";

c) in Item 10 of the word "in the location of objects of audit (control) of audits and thematic checks" shall be replaced with words "control and expert and analytical actions";
