1. The instructions for use shore of inland waterways of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Rules) developed according to the subitem 7) of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 6, 2004 "About inland water transport" determine procedure and conditions of its use.
2. On shore of inland waterways in the procedure established by the legislation it is allowed:
1) the device of temporary devices and floating constructions for mooring, mooring and the parking of courts and other watercrafts, loading, unloading and storage of loads, landing to vessels and disembarkation from vessels of passengers;
