1. Approve the enclosed Rules of provision and publication of official information by the central state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To provide to heads of the central state bodies timely provision of official information for publication in "Resmi of newspapers" and "Official newspaper".

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

Rules of provision and publication of official information by the central state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. These rules are developed according to the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About mass media", "About regulatory legal acts".

2. Rules are directed to forming of positive investment image of the Republic of Kazakhstan, broad informing representatives of business community and investors about activities of the central state bodies.

3. By means of publication of official information the state realizes the straight lines and the obligations, integral from the state powers, on acquaintance of physical persons and legal entities with the activities.
