About modification and amendments in the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In article 132 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003 (further – the Code):

1) in part 1:

Words of part 4 "for a period of ten up to fifteen years" shall be replaced with words 4) "from twelve to fifteen years, with confiscation of property or without confiscation";
