About introduction of amendments to the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In article 294 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003 (further – the Code):

Item 2 of part 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2) making with prosecution of animals on land, air (the helicopter, parachute and so on) and water motorized vehicles, use of explosives, gases, electrical energy either by other methods of mass extermination of wild animals or another the prohibited types and instruments of implementation of hunting,".

Item 4 of part 1 to state 2) in the following edition:

"4) making with violation of other restrictions for hunting:

attracts infliction of penalty, from four hundred multiple to six hundred multiple sizes of minimum wage, or arrest, from four to six months.";

Item 2 of part 2 to state 3) in the following edition:

"2) group of persons, in prior consent:

attracts infliction of penalty, from five hundred multiple or seven hundred multiple sizes of minimum wage, or imprisonment, for the maximum term four years, with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities, for the maximum term four years.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
