About modification and amendments in the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. Regarding the 2nd article 215 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003 (further – the Code) "or materials, the equipment or dual-use technologies which can be used also during creation or use of weapons of mass destruction or missile systems for their transportations" shall be replaced with words ", dual-use goods".

Article 2. Add the Code Article 240.1 of the following content:

attracts imprisonment, for a period of three up to five years.

2) it is made with abuse of official position;

3) entailed serious consequences,

attracts imprisonment, for a period of five up to seven years.".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
