Bring in the List of the document types connected with ensuring social protection of citizens who shall arrive in archive organizations in case of liquidation of the companies, organizations, the organizations which are not relating to sources of forming of the National Archive Fund approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of March 14, 2013 No. 430/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 18, 2013 for No. 428/22960, such changes:

paragraphs two and third Item 2.5 of the Section II to state in the following edition:

"By results of examination of value for further storage the separate document types specified in this List are selected and transferred according to descriptions of the cases in archive organizations of village, settlement, city council performing centralized temporary storage of the archive documents which are saved up in the course of documentation of office, employment and other legal relationship of the legal entities and physical persons which are not relating to National Archive Fund.
