About modification and amendments in the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In part 5 of Article 266 and in Appendix of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003 (further – the Code) the words "Appendices" and "Appendix" respectively shall be replaced with words "Appendices 1" and "Appendix 1".

Article 2. In article 275 of the Code:

1) Item 2 of part 2 and Item 2 of part 3 to recognize invalid;

To add 2) with parts 2.1 and 2.2 of the following content:

"2.1. Illegal manufacture for the purpose of realization, conversion, acquisition, storage, transportation, departure of the strong substances which are not considered as drugs or psychotropic substances or their illegal realization in large sizes,

attracts imprisonment, for the maximum term four years.

2.2. The same act which was made:

1) group of people on prior consent;

2) repeatedly,

attracts imprisonment from four to five years.";

Part 5 to state 3) in the following edition:

"5. Establish in this Code the list of toxic agents, according to Appendix 2 of this Code.";

To add 4) with part 6 of the following content:

"6. Establish in this Code the large sizes of strong substances, according to Appendix 3 of this Code.".

Article 3. Add the Code with Appendices 2 and 3 according to Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 to this Law.
