About modification of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To state article 353 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003 in the following edition:
"Article 353. Intended failure to carry out of court resolution
1. Intended failure to carry out of the court decree which took legal effect, the resolution or other court resolution (further – court resolution) in the time established in court resolution or in case of not establishment of term - in one-month term after entry into force of court resolution by officials of state bodies and local government bodies,
attracts infliction of penalty, from four hundred to six hundred multiple sizes of minimum wage, or arrest – from one to three months, or imprisonment, for the maximum term two years, with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions for the maximum term two years.
2. Intended failure to carry out of the court resolution which took legal effect (except for requirements for collection of the amount and the obligations proceeding from civil agreements) in the time established in court resolution or in case of not establishment of term - in one-month term after entry into force of court resolution by officials of the organizations,
attracts infliction of penalty, from three hundred to five hundred multiple sizes of minimum wage, or arrest – from one to three months, or imprisonment, for the maximum term two years, with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions for the maximum term one year.
3. Intended failure to carry out of the court resolution which took legal effect (except for requirements for collection of the amount and the obligations proceeding from civil agreements) in one-month term after purpose of administrative penalty for making of this act by the citizen,
attracts infliction of penalty, from three hundred to five hundred multiple sizes of minimum wage, or arrest – from one to three months.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
