1. Approve the enclosed Rules of ensuring preferential journey for students on the basis of the state educational order in averages and the highest professional educational institutions from among youth by payment of compensations.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2005.

1. These rules are developed for the purpose of ensuring preferential journey to the period of winter and summer vacation on long-distance railway and automobile transport (except taxi) for students on the basis of the state educational order in averages and the highest professional educational institutions from among youth according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and determine payment procedure of compensations on the drive of students.
