About entering of amendment into the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add the criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003 with Article 332.3 of the following content:
"Article 332.3. Hindrance to implementation of powers of the lawyer or notary or threat, connected with implementation of its powers
1. Hindrance to implementation of powers of the lawyer or notary by the official,
attracts imposing of penalty, from two hundred to three hundred multiple sizes of minimum wage, or arrest – for a period of one up to three months.
2. Threat of murder, harming health, causing damage to property of the lawyer or the notary, in connection with implementation of its powers,
attracts imposing of penalty, from two hundred to five hundred multiple sizes of minimum wage, or arrest – for a period of two up to three months.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
