About modification of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About bodies and services for children and special facilities for children" concerning enhancement of legal status of services for children

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. "About bodies and services for children and special facilities for children" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1995, No. 6, of Art. 35 with subsequent changes) to include parts in article 4 of the Law of Ukraine the seventh and eighth the following content:

"The number of staff of employees of district, city, district services in the cities for children is established from calculation one employee of service no more than on one thousand children living in the area, and no more than on two thousand children living in the city, the area in the city. The number of staff of employees of services for children of executive bodies of village, settlement councils of the corresponding territorial communities is established from calculation one employee of service no more than on one thousand children, but at least one worker on the integrated territorial community.

The central executive body realizing state policy in the field of adoption and protection of the rights of children, executive body of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea in the field of family and children, services for children have the rights of the legal entity".

II. Final and transitional provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.

2. Determine that before reduction of the legislation in compliance with this Law other laws and regulatory legal acts are applied in the part which is not contradicting this Law.
