About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of September 13, 2006 No. 59
Based on article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 25, 2005 "About quarantine and protection of plants" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2016 the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for destruction of quarantine products approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of September 13, 2006 No. 59 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 162, 8/15068; 2007, No. 97, 8/16229), following changes:
1.1. state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. This Instruction is developed according to article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 25, 2005 "About quarantine and protection of plants" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 6, 2/1174; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 21.07. 2016, 2/2396) is also established by procedure for destruction of quarantine products.";
1.2. in Item 2 of the word "Instructions" and "About Protection of Plants" to replace respectively with words of "this Instruction" and "About quarantine and protection of plants";

1.4. in Item 6:
