About modification and amendments in the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To state the sanction of part 1 of article 149 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003 (further – the Code) in the following edition:
"attracts infliction of penalty, from five hundred multiple to seven hundred multiple sizes of minimum wage, or imprisonment, for a period of six months up to one year.".
Article 2. To state the sanction of Article 151 in the following edition:
"attracts infliction of penalty, from six hundred multiple to eight hundred multiple sizes of minimum wage, or imprisonment, for a period of two up to five years.".
Article 3. In article 152 of the Code:
The sanction of part 1 to state 1) in the following edition:
"attracts infliction of penalty, from thousandfold to one thousand five hundred multiple sizes of minimum wage.",
The sanction of part 2 to state 2) in the following edition:
"attracts imprisonment, for a period of three up to five years, with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities, for the maximum term three years.".
Article 4. To state the sanction of article 153 of the Code in the following edition:
"attracts infliction of penalty, from five hundred multiple to seven hundred multiple sizes of minimum wage, or imprisonment, for a period of two up to three years.".
Article 5. To state the sanction of article 154 of the Code in the following edition:
"attracts infliction of penalty, from five hundred multiple to seven hundred multiple sizes of minimum wage, or imprisonment, for a period of two up to three years.".
