About introduction of amendments to the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. Of April 18, 2003 (further – the Code) to remove words from part 2 of article 72 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia", in the presence of the conditions provided by part one of this Article".

Article 2. To state part 5 of article 189 of the Code in the following edition:

"5. Person who made the acts provided by Articles 188, of 189, of 193, of 194, of the 205 and 206 of this Code is exempted from criminal liability if it indemnifies the caused damage and the calculated penalty fee and penalties.".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
