Make the following changes to appendix No. 1 - "Rules of the organization of operation of the Interdepartmental information retrieval system "Entrance Departure and Registration", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2012, No. 1, Article 29; 2013, No. 8, Articles 999, 1033; 2014, No. 5, Article 561, No. 6, Article 747; 2016, No. 8, Article 1453, No. 9, Article 1585):
1. in Item 3.6 after the words "for issue" to add with words ", and also in connection with issue of the electronic visa".
2. at the end of subitem 3.6.3 to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon and to add with subitem 3.6.4 of the following content:
"3.6.4. in the course of issue of the electronic visa these statements questionnaires of foreigners and stateless persons provided from the ASAN Viza system and the scanned copy of the page with the photo of the document on crossing of border, and also the data connected with issue of the electronic visa or refusal of issue in real time go to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic, Public service of state security of the Azerbaijan Republic and State service of foreign intelligence of the Azerbaijan Republic.".
