About entering of amendment into the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. Article 212 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003 to add with parts 4.1 and 4.2 of the following content:
"4.1. Sales of goods without expiration date, overdue, with unreadable expiration date, with double marking of expiration date, with the shabby original expiration date specified by the producer and new specifying by term with the stuck expiration date specified by the producer, marking in Armenian – if this act on imprudence caused heavy damage or damage of average weight to health of the person,
attracts infliction of penalty, from the thousandfold size of minimum wage, thousandfold to two.
4.2. The same act which on imprudence entailed the death of the person attracts imprisonment, for a period of three up to five years.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2012.
