Make the following changes to the "Regulations on Public Service of Phytosanitary Control under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 20, 2005 No. 226 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2005, No. 4, Article 301; 2006, No. 2, Article 91, No. 5, Article 397; 2007, No. 2, Article 87; 2008, No. 6, Article 488, No. 11, Article 970; 2009, No. 10, Article 779, No. 12, Article 983; 2011, No. 2, Article 85; 2014, No. 6, Article 638; 2015, No. 2, Article 132, No. 7, Article 840):

"2. Public service is the executive body exercising the state phytosanitary control.".
