About introduction of amendments to the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In article 332 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003:

The sanction of part 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"attracts imposing of penalty, from four hundred multiple to seven hundred multiple sizes of minimum wage, or imprisonment, for a period of one up to five years.",

The sanction of part 2 to state 2) in the following edition:

"attracts imposing of penalty, from two hundred multiple to three hundred multiple sizes of minimum wage, or imprisonment, for a period of one up to three years.",

The sanction of part 3 to state 3) in the following edition:

"attracts imposing of penalty, from five hundred multiple to the thousandfold size of minimum wage, or imprisonment, for a period of two up to six years, with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities, for the maximum term three years.",

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
