Bring in the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of September 20, 2010 No. 1137 "About approval of the Regulations on import to the Russian Federation from the countries which are not entering into the Customs union within EurAsEC and export from the Russian Federation to these countries of the precious metals, gemstones and primary goods containing precious metals" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 39, Art. 4923; 2011, No. 19, Art. 2723; 2012, No. 53, Art. 7865; 2014, No. 36, the Art. 4826) and in the Regulations on import to the Russian Federation from the countries which are not entering into the Customs union within EurAsEC, and export from the Russian Federation to these countries of the precious metals, gemstones and primary goods containing precious metals approved by this Decree, the following changes:
a) in the Decree:
in the name of the word "from the countries which are not entering into the Customs union within EurAsEC and export from the Russian Federation to these countries" shall be replaced with words "from the states which are not entering into the Eurasian Economic Union and export from the Russian Federation to these states";
in Item 1 of the word "from the countries which are not entering into the Customs union within EurAsEC and export from the Russian Federation to these countries" shall be replaced with words "from the states which are not entering into the Eurasian Economic Union and export from the Russian Federation to these states";
