a) add with Item 5.2 of the following content:

"5.2. The chairman of the Highest qualification board of judges of the Russian Federation, chairmen of qualification boards of judges of subjects of the Russian Federation send inquiries concerning the citizens applying for holding the posts of judges, persons holding the specified positions, their spouses (spouses) and minor children.";

b) to declare the paragraph of the seventh of the subitem "g" of Item 6 invalid.

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
