About introduction of amendments to some acts of the President of the Russian Federation

2. Recognize to invalid:

the subitem "b" of Item 1 (in the part concerning modification of the paragraph third Item 7) of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of March 27, 1999 No. 385 "About change and recognition voided separate provisions of presidential decrees of the Russian Federation concerning realization of the released military property" (The Russian Federation Code, 1999, No. 13, the Art. 1584);

the subitem "v" of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of November 17, 2008 No. 1624 "About some measures for the organization of management of federal property" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 47, the Art. 5430).

3. This Decree becomes effective since January 1, 2017.
