About modification and amendments in the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In the title and part 1 of article 241 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003 (further – the Code) after the word "safety" to replace the word "and" with the word "or".

Article 2. In the sanction of part 1 of article 241 of the Code of the word "two hundred multiple" shall be replaced with words "two thousandfold".

Article 3. To add article 241 of the Code with part 4 following of content:

"4. Part of 1 this Article major damage the amount exceeding the thousandfold size of the minimum wage established at the time of crime is considered.".

Article 4. In the sanction of part 1 of article 247 of the Code after the word "safety" to replace the word "and" with the word "or".

Article 5. In the sanction of part 1 of article 247 of the Code of the word "from hundredfold to two hundred fifty multiple" shall be replaced with words "from thousandfold to one and a half thousandfold".

Article 6. To add article 247 of the Code with part 4 following of content:

"4. Part of 1 this Article major damage the amount exceeding the thousandfold size of the minimum wage established at the time of crime is considered.".

Article 7. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
