b) in the subject of the Russian Federation to exclude the words "with use of single databank on the questions concerning illicit trafficking in industrial output in the territory of the Russian Federation and counteractions to it" from the subitem "zh" of item 4 of the Regulations on the commission on counteraction to illicit trafficking in industrial output.
