About modification and amendments in the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add article 49 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003 (further – the Code) with Item 4.1 of the following content:

"4. 1) restriction in military service,".

Article 3. Add the Code with Article 53.1 of the following content:

"Article 53.1. Restriction in military service
