1. In Article 43.1 after figures "459.2," to add with figures "459-1,".

2. Add with Article 459-1 of the following content:

"Article 459-1. Abuse of regulations of sale in the cooperative markets

Sale in the cooperative markets organized according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About agricultural cooperation", products which are not the agricultural and processed products made by the agricultural cooperatives operating in the Azerbaijan Republic and also implementation of sale by persons who are not producers of agricultural products -

attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of hundred manats, on officials in the amount of five hundred manats, on legal entities in the amount of one thousand manats.".
