Article 1. To add the criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003 with Article 332.4 of the following content:
"Article 332.4. Violation of privacy of questions of examination in qualification or examinations in professional training of judges
1. Intended violation of privacy of questions of examination in qualification of judges,
attracts infliction of penalty, from hundredfold to three hundred multiple sizes of minimum wage, or arrest, for a period of one up to two months.
2. Intended violation of privacy of questions of the examinations which are taking place during professional training
attracts infliction of penalty, from hundredfold to three hundred multiple sizes of minimum wage, or arrest, for a period of one up to two months.
3. The act provided by part 1 or 2 of this Article which was commited by person, with use of the official position,
attracts infliction of penalty, from four hundred multiple to seven hundred multiple sizes of minimum wage, or imprisonment, for the maximum term two years.".
1. Parts 1 and 3 of article 1 of this Law become effective since September 1, 2013.
2. Part 2 of article 1 of this Law becomes effective since January 1, 2014.
