About entering of amendments and changes into the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add article 75 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003 (further – the Code) with part 7 of the following content:

"7. Calculation of prescriptive limit concerning person who committed the crimes provided by Articles 132.2. and the 168th of this Code, and also directed against the sexual integrity and sexual freedom of the minor victim provided by Articles 138-142 of this Code begins with the moment of achievement of eighteen years of the victim.".

Article 2. In article 138 of the Code:

Part 2 to add 1) with Items 6-8 of the following content:

"6) it was made concerning the woman with obvious signs of pregnancy;

7) it was made with use of the weapon or other subject used as weapon or threat of its application;

8) it was made by the staff of the relevant organizations concerning person bearing punishment in correctional facility or person containing in places of content of the arrested persons or detention, person containing in disciplinary battalion, the serviceman in military unit, the person who is treated or undergoing inspections in medical institution or in the cases established by the law and procedure, imprisoned";

Part 3 to state 2) in the following edition:

"3. The act provided by part one or the second this Article which was made:

1) concerning person which did not reach eighteen years, the parent or the teacher or the employee of educational or medical or educational institution or other person to whom obligations on his education or leaving were assigned;

2) concerning person which did not reach fourteen years

attracts imprisonment for a period of eight up to fifteen years, with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities for the term of three years, or without deprivation of the right.";
