Bring in the Approval procedure on special use of water bioresources in fishery water objects (their parts) or refusal in its issue, renewal, issue of the duplicate and cancellation of the specified permission, No. 801 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 30, 2013 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 87, Art. 3214; 2016, No. 4, Art. 239, No. 81, Art. 2688), following changes:
the paragraph one of Item 5 to state in the following edition:
"5. Permission to special use of water bioresources in fishery water objects (their parts) or the written notice of refusal in issue of such permission is issued within five working days from the date of representation by the subject of managing of document package, necessary for receipt of permission.";
to exclude paragraph two of Item 6.
