1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of March 28, 2014 No. 182 "About compensation of the Chairman of the Board of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, chairman of Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation and the chairman of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 13, of the Art. 1458) change, having added with its Item 2.1 of the following content:

"2.1. Determine that payment terms of work of the Chairman of the Board of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, the chairman of Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation and the chairman of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund provided by this Decree are applied taking into account limit of the ratio of their average monthly salary and the average monthly salary of employees of these funds determined by the Government of the Russian Federation.".

2. This Decree becomes effective since January 1, 2017.
