About modification and amendments in the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In article 55 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2002 (further – the Code):

Article 4. Add the Code with Article 103.1 of the following content:

"Article 103.1. Confiscation

1. The property which appeared directly or indirectly as a result of crime execution, the income or other benefits received from use of this property, the tools and means used or provided for use for such crimes as a result of which making the property was received; the property directed to the terrorism, the income or other benefits received from use of this property, the stipulated in Article smuggled goods of the 215th of this Code taken through border of the Republic of Armenia in the illicit way, and in case of their absence – equivalent property, except for property of the fair third party, property necessary for compensation for the victim and the civil claimant of damage caused as a result of crime confiscations for benefit of the state are subject to them.
