1. Bring in the structure of Security Council of the Russian Federation approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of May 25, 2012 No. 715 "About statement of structure of Security Council of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 22, Art. 2758; No. 46, Art. 6321; No. 47, Art. 6470; 2013, No. 13, Art. 1523; No. 17, Art. 2116; No. 28, Art. 3814; No. 37, Art. 4683; 2014, No. 13, Art. 1457; No. 20, of the Art. 2497, of 2501), change, having included in it as the member of council Bezopasnosti of the Russian Federation Zolotov V. V. - the director of the Federal Service of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation - the commander-in-chief of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation.

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
